Our current payment methods are by cash, cheque or UK postal order. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept credit card payments.
On occasion you may not be billed directly by TA ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS who are responsible for this site. Instead you will may be billed directly by the contractor we enlist to provide the services you request.
You are under no obligation whatsoever to have work carried out by us or any third party we may enlist by using this website or responding to any link contained herein.
The information contained on this site does not affect your statutory rights or your rights as a consumer.
Returns Policy
We will replace or refund any faulty product which is returned in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Before returning any product, you will need to call to confirm a replacement is available. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders.
In the event of dis-satisfaction with work carried out, a qualified third party other than the trades person who carried out the work may be enlisted to verify any work fault reported and agree on any necessary alterations to work done or refund of labour charges. By contacting us you agree to these terms and conditions.

We share the information gathered through this web site with 3rd party contractors in relation to the 'types' of work carried out and 'relative' costs involved in order to remain competetive.
All payment information gathered from customers reaching us through this website is done so in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with anyone.
Please do not send credit card information via conventional Email - we do not accept this method of payment at this time.
