Our current payment methods are by cash, cheque or UK postal order. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept credit card payments.


On occasion you may not be billed directly by TA ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS who are responsible for this site. Instead you will may be billed directly by the contractor we enlist to provide the services you request.

You are under no obligation whatsoever to have work carried out by us or any third party we may enlist by using this website or responding to any link contained herein.

The information contained on this site does not affect your statutory rights or your rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

We will replace or refund any faulty product which is returned in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Before returning any product, you will need to call to confirm a replacement is available. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders.


In the event of dis-satisfaction with work carried out, a qualified third party other than the trades person who carried out the work may be enlisted to verify any work fault reported and agree on any necessary alterations to work done or refund of labour charges. We shall endeavour to always use parts and materials that are best suited for the task or function required.

Work carried out by us or any 3rd party we enlist shall as a rule always be carried out by competent and registered (where necessary by law) professionals or trainees under the supervision of qualified professionals within the field of the work that is to be undertaken.

All work will only be undertaken on your behalf according to your instruction and shall not be carried out by anyone who has not acquired and been seen to demonstrate moderate competence in the task they are employed to carry out.
